EB-5 Visa Deadline Extended Again

Sep 16, 2017 | Blog

The EB-5 visa program, allowing foreign investors that are suitably skilled, or qualified access to green cards, has been extended until December 8 of this year.

The extension of the EB-5 Regional Center Program beyond the end of the US federal fiscal year was part of H.R.601 – “Continuing Appropriations Act, 2018 and Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Requirements Act, 2017”, which provided an additional $15.25M in emergency appropriations for disaster relief. President Trump signed the bill Friday 8th September.

It seems the ever-extending deadline for EB-5 continues, which also means, it’s going to be a very busy November!
