As 2018 draws to a close, it is worth reflecting on a successful year for prospective Tier-1 Entrepreneurial applicants, with visa approval rates rising from 51% at the end of last year to 57% during Q3 of 2018. Much of this success is down to the professionalism and expertise of immigration specialists, lawyers, advisers and consultants across the sector, as well as the enduring appeal of the UK as a destination that rewards investment and entrepreneurial spirit.
